Returns, Damages, and issues

Due to our plants being living objects, we do not accept returns.  All our plants are quality checked to our extremely high standard before being sent out. However, if your plant arrives damaged or your order arrives incorrect, please contact us at sales@guilthwaitenurseries.co.uk with photographs attached, so we can assess the issue and make it right! Please type Urgent plant claim as your subject, this MUST be done within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Guilthwaite Nurseries cannot refund any damaged or missing plants left outside by Royal mail/DPD at the customer's request.

Plants can sometimes show minor signs of stress when posted, such as yellow leave. You can help your houseplants by ensuring they are placed in a bright, warm spot and watered well, likewise with your outdoor plants place them outside in a spot of their preference (full sun/partial shade etc) and give them a water. The leaves on a young plant will naturally yellow and die as the plant grows and matures. This process is normal and there is nothing wrong with the plant.

A kind reminder that whatever your problems or concerns, please give us a call straight away. We're a friendly team here at Guilthwaite Nurseries with high plant standards. It is our aim is to supply a large selection of good quality cared for plants!
